Welcome to GPTPLUS！Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, the our website, extension, mobile or tablet application, or any other feature or other platform (collectively “Our Website”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these terms, then you may not use our website. In these terms, "we", "us", "our" refers to GPTPLUS Inc, and "you" or "your" refers to you as the user of our website.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We only permit one account per user and if you try to create multiple accounts or violate our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to remove your data and ban & restrict your access to our service.
Prices Policy
The Company retains the right to modify its prices before accepting an Order. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that affect delivery, such as government actions, changes in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, or any other factors beyond the Company's control, the quoted prices may be revised even after accepting an Order. In such cases, customers have the option to cancel their Order.
Payments
Payment can be made using valid credit, debit cards, and are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the required authorization is not received, the Company will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the Order.
Subscriptions
Subscription period
Certain parts of the Service are only accessible through a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly, depending on the Subscription plan you choose. At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.
Subscription cancellations
To cancel your subscription renewal, you can contact us directly or cancel it through the dashboard. Please note that you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid for the current Subscription period, and you will have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period.
Fee Changes
The company may decide to modify the subscription fee at any time. Any changes to the subscription fee will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.The company will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes to the subscription fee, giving you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes take effect.By continuing to use the service after the subscription fee change takes effect, you agree to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
Refund Policy
As a provider of web tools, all products and services offered by GPTPLUS and its business units are non-material and irrevocable, so we do not issue refunds once an order has been completed and delivered. We ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully before making any payment.
Paid Accounts. Please note that by upgrading your free account, you will gain access to paid features, thereby converting your account into a 'paid account'. This paid account will remain active until you choose to cancel it or until it is terminated as per the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. In the event of cancellation or termination, your account will switch back to being a free account.Once you upgrade to a paid account, we will automatically charge you on the date you converted your account and on each subsequent renewal, whether it occurs monthly or annually. If you decide to cancel your paid account, the cancellation will take effect the day after the current subscription period ends, and you will be downgraded to the free version of our service. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused portions of the subscription period.Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we will charge the required tax amount when necessary. While we reserve the right to modify the fees associated with a paid account, we will provide you with advance notice before any changes take effect, and the new pricing will apply to your next billing cycle.To cancel your paid account, you can easily do so at any time through your account page in the software.
Automatic Billing Cycles. To ensure uninterrupted services, all subscriptions to GPTPLUS, including paid accounts, are automatically renewed using the credit card on file. When the current subscription term ends, all subscriptions are renewed at the standard rate. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged the agreed price each month until you cancel.
Renewal and Cancellation. Your payment will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the current period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing page in the software. The cancellation will take effect the day after the current subscription period ends, and you will be downgraded to the free version of the service. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods.
Subscription Fees. In exchange for the services provided, you must pay the non-refundable subscription fees as outlined in the Subscription Plan. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processing service, and additional terms may apply. We reserve the right to use other third-party payment processing services in the future. Unless stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and do not include taxes or charges. We may introduce fees for currently free features or uses in the future. Failure to pay applicable charges may result in limited or no access to the services.
Trial Period. GPTPLUS may offer a free trial period for evaluation purposes before charging for the Subscription Fees. However, during the trial period, GPTPLUS and its affiliates provide no warranty, indemnity, support, or other obligations or liabilities. GPTPLUS has the right to terminate a trial period at any time and for any reason.
Third Party Services
GPTPLUS uses ChatGPT's API, and GPTPLUS may also use other third-party services. Users should review the terms of use of these services to understand how they collect and use user data.
User's Responsibilities
By using GPTPLUS, Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, third party rights (including intellectual property rights, publicity or privacy rights), or any terms or privacy policies applicable to Customer Content. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit or post on GPTPLUS.
Intellectual Property Rights
GPTPLUS and its components are protected by intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights and patents. You may not use any of GPTPLUS's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate your use of GPTPLUS at any time and for any reason, without notice.
Disclaimer
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law, You Acknowledge That the Service, the GPTPLUS Content, and Any Other Goods And/or Services Provided or Made Available by GPTPLUS Hereunder or Related Thereto (collectively, the "GPTPLUS Materials") Are Provided on an "as Is" and "as Available" Basis, with All Faults, and Without Any Representation, Warranty, Guarantee, or Condition of Any Kind Whatsoever, Whether Express, Implied or Statutory, Including Without Limitation Any Implied Warranties or Conditions of Merchantability, Satisfactory Quality or Arising from a Course of Dealing, Law, Usage, or Regarding Security, Fitness for a Particular Purpose, Quiet Possession, Non-infringement, Title, Quiet Enjoyment, Reliability, or That Otherwise Arise from a Course of Performance or Dealing, or Usage of Trade, All of Which Are Hereby Disclaimed by GPTPLUS, Its Suppliers, and Licensors.
To the Maximum Exten Bt Permitted by Law, GPTPLUS and Its Licensors Do Not Make Any Representation, Warranty, Guarantee or Condition: (a) Regarding the Effectiveness, Usefulness, Reliability, Timeliness, Completeness, or Quality of GPTPLUS Materials, the Services or the Software; (b) That Your Use of GPTPLUS Materials, the Services or the Software Will Be Uninterrupted, Secure or Error-free; (c) Regarding the Operation of Any Networks, the Passing or Transmission of Data Via Any Networks or the Cloud, or Any Other Cellular Ordata Connectivity Problems; or (d) Regarding the Satisfaction Of, or Compliance With, Any Laws, Regulations, or Other Government or Industry Rules or Standards. We Do Not Warrant That the Content Available On, or Generated By, the Software or the Service is Accurate, Complete, Reliable, Current, Error-free And/or That the Service or the Software is Free of Viruses or Other Harmful Code. You Are Advised Not to Rely in Any Way on the Correct Functioning or Performance of the Extension. You Assume All Risks and All Costs Associated with the Use of the Software or Service. You Agree That We Will Not Be Held Responsible for Any Consequences to You or Any Third Party That May Result from Your Use of the Services And/or for Any Technical Problems Including Without Limitation in Connection with the Internet (such As Slow Connections, Traffic Congestion or Overload of Our or Other Servers) or Any Telecommunications or Internet Providers
.Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so to that extent such exclusions may not apply.

GPTPLUS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that GPTPLUS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of GPTPLUS.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of GPTPLUS will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the European Union.
